To launch guacamole at Subway, we created "Why The Guac Not." Because let's be honest, guac makes everything better. So we put our new guacamole in all kinds of situations that may seem out of the ordinary to most, but true guac lovers will understand. Don't knock it if you haven't guac'd it.
Starting with a Twitter post the night before, we let fans in that something big was coming. To introduce Subway to the snapchat world, we held an all-day war room where we created 57 guac pun snaps using guacamole ingredients, props, emojis, text overlay and drawing within the platform.
We updated our Twitter and Facebook profile photos to a customized Snapchat ghost made of sandwiches. Users could take a photo of the ghost in Snapchat and they could automatically start to follow Subway. With only one tweet driving to the platform, our Snapchat story received almost 45,000 views.

To accompany our launch on Snapchat, we continued the guacamole obsession on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and even Vine when that was a thing. (RIP)
