I worked with Oatly to launch their oat milk products in the US for the very first time, emphasizing sustainability and nutrition, delivered with a certain je ne sais quoi.

I worked as an art director, designer, and sometimes illustrator on an integrated marketing plan including the US website, an out of home campaign in NYC and LA, organic and paid social media content, apparel and swag, an Oatly car, event design, and more.

Product Launch Campaign: US Barista Edition

 

We created these simple, yet ironic murals and billboards to speak directly to baristas and coffee drinkers to let them know we're now available in the US market, (often around the corner from our selected ad space). We posted them all over NYC and LA.

 

Then we shot photos of the billboards and posters IRL to create a social media campaign to really get our money’s worth.

Retail Launch Campaign: Chilled Oat Milk

We created this campaign on to tell everyone our chilled line of oat milks are available in retail stores all across the US. We used this lifestyle photography on the Oatly website and shared these images and animations with our retail partners like Whole Foods and Wegmans so they could also share the news. I worked on art direction, styling, and design.

Oat-mobile 
 

In support of our retail store launch, we provided free transportation to retail locations for lucky LA residents. (Like taxis, but sustainable electric cars with cartons of oat milk on the side).

Apparel and Merchandise

I designed a bandana, varsity jacket, embroidered patches, beanies, enamel pins, magnets, tote bags, and lots of other things to make baristas and fans feel apart of the Post Milk Generation.

I designed a web page specifically for nutritionists, dietitians, and doctors to reference when suggesting Oatly to their patients looking for non-dairy options.
